This single-story slab on grade metal structure is designed to meet present and future needs of a dynamic young company that handles the shipping / moving of delicate electronic equipment. CTS opened for business in their new facility February 16, 2009.

This project entailed the construction of a new 10,000 square foot church on Iowa prairie. The structure was built to accommodate the needs of the First United Methodist congregation of North Liberty, Iowa, and designed to respond to the horizontal nature of the surrounding area.

Plans called for the construction of a new 33,000 square foot service center for Systems Unlimited Incorporated, an organization serving the needs of the developmentally disabled in a 29 county, 45 city area. The building was planned with staff and consumer input, and entailed job training and family services support on ground level, counseling and supported living functions on level two.
